## What it costs
- $199/month, no setup fee. Month to month, no contract, no cancellation fee.
- Optional one-of-a-kind custom design: $299 one time, then the same $199/month.
- Price lock: any future increase applies to new customers only. Existing
  customers keep the price they signed up at, permanently.

## What is included
A tailored mobile-friendly website; domain registration and management; hosting,
SSL, backups and uptime monitoring; local SEO with LocalBusiness structured data;
Google Business Profile setup; a contact form delivered to the owner's inbox;
tap-to-call; and ongoing content updates at no extra charge.

## Policies
- The customer owns their domain name. If they cancel, it transfers to them free.
- Cancel any time; the site stays up through the month already paid for.
- One round of changes a month is included. Larger additions are quoted separately.
- No invented reviews. Every review shown on a Barnraiser site is real and
  labelled with its source; sample content is labelled as a sample.
- No guarantees of search ranking position.

## Who it is for
Small local service businesses that get work by phone and word of mouth: plumbing,
carpentry, tree service, excavating, well drilling, small engine repair, handyman
work, pet sitting, bakeries, salons and similar. Typical customers have no website,
or one that is outdated and hard to use on a phone.
